Description – Structural alteration works on six grade 2 listed Victorian residential blocks. Works include demolition, forming new lintelled doorways in brickwork walls, infilling doors in brickwork walls, new structural steelwork, new timber floors, coredrilling, new brickwork walls, forming builders work holes, roof repairs etc. We have now also been awarded the internal blockwork package for the new build apartments.
