The project consists of the construction of a 145 home residential scheme. Works include soil remediation and associated groundworks, installation of service ducts & drainage, construction of reinforced concrete ground beams & pile caps, installation of 4m deep pre-cast ground culvers, and construction of reinforced concrete bridge crossings.
Works also include associated hard landscaping to the scheme as well as the installation of a 300m long adoptable tarmac road and 278 street works to adjacent roads.
