Located within the dynamic Kidbrooke Village regeneration scheme, the Kidbrooke Phase 2 West project exemplifies our commitment to innovative construction practices and high-quality delivery. This development features 85 apartments and 14 podium houses, contributing to the transformation of this vibrant community.
A key highlight of the project was the integration of pre-cast columns, manufactured in-house at our plant yard located in Stanford-Le-Hope. This approach ensured exceptional quality control while expediting the installation process on-site. Additionally, we employed a panelised falsework system for constructing the suspended slabs, which improved efficiency and reduced labour requirements. These innovations not only enhanced the speed and cost-effectiveness of the project but also upheld our high standards for safety and precision.
