The Kidbrooke Phase 5J project forms part of the six phase Kidbrooke Village Regeneration Scheme. The building comprises of a total number of 151 residential apartments with associated parking and services at ground floor along with a communal residential amenity space at podium level on level 1. All 151 apartments are delivered as affordable rent units.
Works included groundworks, drainage and service duct installation; construction of pile caps and ground beams, RC ground bearing slab, four traditional constructed RC cores ranging between 4 and 9 storeys, RC walls and columns and; suspended RC slabs.
