The HUB Victoria project involved the remodelling and enhancement of 123-151 Buckingham Palace Road; and included a two and a half-storey set-back roof extension to provide new high-quality office space. It also included the remodelling and enhancement of the ground floor area to create a bright and welcoming area lined with shops and restaurants. The central square was transformed to include a new office entrance for the new office floors and improved public facilities accessible for Bulleid Way bus station users.
Works include casting of RC plinths, ground floor RC slab extensions, construction of single sided RC walls, RC stair landing extensions, placement of concrete on metal decking, construction of blockwork walls.
